Another 16 miles completed last night in more April like weather conditions ‘wet and windy’! Tonight may well be the same….
Rest Day
Good start to training over the last couple of weeks pleased to have managed couple of runs over Dovestones, always a challenge. Today though is an official ‘rest day’ although i suspect Paul may get a cheeky ride in while I am at work!!
