Lockwood Park home of Huddersfield RFU and on Saturday Huddersfield Giants Academy……just called in on Saturday morning ride.

A few days away relaxing in the sun has been very nice………this lunchtimes session in the gym was a real challenge!

We committed to this challenge on 31 March and began to train on 1 April. In April we covered 641 miles (1031km) with 54,245ft of elevation gained (just over 10 miles or 16,534m). Still weigh too much but it wasn’t a bad start.

May nearly over – so far 536 miles and 57,972ft (We’re going for elevation this month!)

That’s almost as far as London to Rome in just two months. May need to do more or we’ll not get there before Xmas.

With just over a month gone the total collected on our Just Giving page is already at £1240 with promises of a further £600. On behalf of the Ti-Konki Team and Yorkshire Cancer Research we would like to thank everyone who has contributed for your support.
